All services are subject to stylist availability, consultation approval, and scheduling availability.
Appointments & Cancellations
Appointments for haircuts, hair color, extensions, and other services may be booked through our website, by phone, or in person at our salon located at 7865 W Sahara Ave, Las Vegas, NV.

A valid credit or debit card is required to hold all appointments.
To ensure the best experience for all guests, cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will incur fees as follows:
- First occurrence: Waived as a courtesy
- Second occurrence: 50% of scheduled service total
- Third occurrence and beyond: 100% of scheduled service total
If we do not hear from you within 15 minutes of your scheduled appointment, it will be considered a no-call/no-show.
In this case, any deposit paid is non-refundable and non-transferable.
A second no-call/no-show will result in:
- Full service amount charged
- A required 50% deposit for all future appointments
If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, we may not be able to accommodate your service, and cancellation fees may apply.
Layla: A Social Salon reserves the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances.

You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms of Service. You may not:

Pricing & Payment

Final pricing may vary based on factors including:

- Complexity of service
This is especially relevant for custom hair color transformations, corrective color, blonding services, and extension services.
Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged.
We accept cash, major credit cards, and debit cards.
Convenience Fee for Card Payments
Please note that a 2.7% processing fee applies to all debit and credit card transactions, including tap-to-pay, for services and retail purchases.
To avoid this fee, we recommend payment by cash.

Limitation of Liability
