  • Where is Layla Social Salon located?

    You can find us at 7865 W. Sahara Ave, Suite 101, Las Vegas, NV 89117. We are conveniently located near the intersection of Sahara and Buffalo

  • Where should I park?

    We have plenty of complimentary parking directly in front of the salon. Being in a strip mall, you’ll find it easy to grab a spot right near our front door.


  • When should I arrive for my first visit?

    Welcome to the Layla family! Please arrive 5–10 minutes before your scheduled time. This gives you a moment to settle in, enjoy a refreshment, and fill out a quick digital intake form so we can learn about your hair history.


  • What are your business hours?

    We are open 7 days a week:


    • Monday: 10:00 am – 4:00 pm
    • Tuesday: 10:00 am – 7:00 pm
    • Wednesday – Saturday: 9:00 am – 6:00 pm
    • Sunday: 10:00 am – 5:00 pm

Services & Pricing

  • How much do you charge for haircuts?

    Our pricing reflects the unique experience and education level of our stylists (Levels 1–4, plus our Salon Owner).


    • Women’s Haircuts: Range from $65 – $85 with our stylists; $135+ with the Salon Owner.
    • Men’s Haircuts: Range from $28 – $60 with our stylists; $70+ with the Salon Owner.
  • What is the starting price for hair color?

    Because color needs vary—from simple root touch-ups to complex corrections—pricing is customized to your goals. For reference, a Full Balayage begins at $180 with our Junior Stylists and increases based on the stylist’s level.

  • Should I arrive with clean or dirty hair for my color appointment?

    For the best results, we recommend arriving with "day-old" hair that is dry and free of heavy styling products or root touch-up sprays. This allows your stylist to see your hair's natural movement and ensures the color adheres perfectly.


  • Do you offer hair extensions?

    Yes, we do! We require a 30-minute consultation for all new extension clients. This allows us to discuss your hair goals, provide a realistic price quote, and walk you through what to expect for future maintenance and appointments.


  • Do you offer spa services?

    While we don't have private spa rooms, we take pampering very seriously. Every haircut and color service includes a luxurious experience in our Wash House, featuring a relaxing head massage. You can also upgrade your experience with hair treatments, eye masks, or hand masks.


  • Do you do weddings?

    We love being part of your big day! We offer hair and makeup services both in-salon and on-location. For an ultra-exclusive experience, you can even book a Full Salon Takeover for your bridal party.

Appointments & Policies

  • Do you accept walk-ins?

    We certainly do! However, to ensure you aren't stuck waiting, we highly recommend calling ahead to check for last-minute availability.

  • How do I schedule an appointment?

    To get you on the books, we just need your first and last name, email address, and a reliable phone number.

  • What is your deposit and cancellation policy?

    To respect our stylists' time, we require a 25% non-refundable deposit for all services (50% for Bridal/On-Location).

    • Rescheduling: Your deposit is transferable to a new date if you provide at least 24 hours' notice.
    • Cancellations: Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may result in fees up to the full service amount.
    • No-Shows: Failure to show up without notice will result in a forfeited deposit, and may require higher future deposits.

  • Can I bring my children or pets?

    As an intimate boutique salon, we strive to maintain a calm and safe environment for all guests.

    We kindly ask that children and pets do not accompany you to your appointment.

    Registered service animals are always welcome.


Payments & Gratuity

  • What forms of payment do you accept?

    We accept cash, all major credit cards, and "Tap to Pay" (Apple/Google Pay). Please note that we do not accept personal checks

  • Is there a credit card processing fee?

    Yes, a processing fee is applied to all card transactions. If you prefer to pay with cash, this fee is waived.

  • How do I handle tipping for my stylist?

    Tips are never expected but always appreciated! Gratuities can be added to a card transaction or many of our clients prefer to tip stylists directly with cash.

  • Do you offer gift cards?

    Yes! They make the perfect gift. You can pick one up at the salon or purchase a digital gift card online here.
