Deposits, Rescheduling & Cancellation Policy

Updated & Effective: November 1, 2025


All services, excluding Bridal and On-Location Services, require a non-refundable 25% deposit.


Deposits

Deposits made by credit card may be transferred to a new appointment within 90 days of the original date but remain non-refundable. Cash deposits are non-refundable and cannot be transferred.


Cancellations

To ensure the best experience for all guests, cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 24 hours in advance.Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur fees as follows:The first occurrence will be waived as a courtesy.The second will be charged 50% of the scheduled service cost.The third or any thereafter will be charged in full.


No-Call / No-Show

If we do not hear from you within 15 minutes of your scheduled appointment, it will be considered a no-call / no-show. In this case, your deposit is non-refundable and cannot be transferred. A second no-call / no-show will result in being charged the full service amount and will require a 50% deposit for all future appointments.


On-Location, Event, and Bridal Services

On-Location, Event, and Bridal Services require a non-refundable 50% deposit. Cancellations or reschedules made at least 24 hours in advance may transfer the deposit to a new appointment within 90 days of the original date; the deposit remains non-refundable. Travel and parking fees will be added to the final total at checkout.


Late Arrivals

A 10-minute grace period is allowed. Guests arriving more than 10 minutes late may need to have part or all of their services adjusted or rescheduled, which may result in applicable rescheduling or cancellation fees.
